town business….

gotta visit every so often and friendly earth is busier than ever and the work keeps coming so that means I’ll be in the “town” more often… the six, emerald city, 206…

Man for domestic flights across the US? nobody can fuck with Virgin and I will always praise them on my blog… their first class is legit. their breakfast and food period is the most decent out of any airline.

anyways, it was just a couple days, but a traveled a lot of ground and man first off let me say that the traffic in Seattle is just as bad as LA or worse. smh. fucking bad! from 11am to 7pm!!!

got in town and had to hit a few meetings with my FE fam at the FE headquarters….

(some dope history about our offices. our office is the original super OG first location for starbucks corporation before they even had a store or anything!)
then I had some of my own personal business to do… I had to scout out some mall locations for Zumiez stores where I want to do my instore for my watch tour later this holiday…. Bellevue Square mall and Southcenter mall look like the top 2 choices for my Seattle stop later this year.
oh yeah, it was rainy and cloudy and the weather sucked… I didn’t even bother taking pics and my phone died twice!

chilled and got some room service at my telly and you know what’s crazy? for a town with many billionaires there aren’t that many super high end hotels there. I mean I’ve stayed at most of them all. even in bellevue, I just haven’t seen anything mind blowing. hotel 1000, the W, the fairmont, all low end 4 star tellys in my book….
BUT my boy Jake just moved into a super swag building, the nicest high rise in the 206… and it’s where the book “50 shades of grey” was based for where the billionaire dude lived in the penthouse, so I can’t be mad at that…. my lil homies are getting money! lol

oh well, tuesday got it in at Toulouse Petit which is always official! their food is the shit….

no matter what I did, I couldn’t shake the needle…. and even though I’ve seen it over 50 times in the last 10 years, all I could think about was the movie “chronicle”

weather was much better, but still eh…
after that, hit up northgate and U Village, but came up short. then we went to Joey’s to watch the game and have some drinks (seems as if the “Fireball” drink is so popular that they run out of it at bars there hmmm)
the game? I don’t even want to talk about it. Joey’s is known for their waitresses, but ask me if I care?
so after the game, I went to a spot called “Daniels” next door and MAN! damn wow!

I have tried to lay off red meat for the past few weeks and will continue to chill for a while, but this spot surprised me. I’ve been to the best steak houses all over the world and their bone in filet was MONEY!!!! the flavor, the cut, everything. very shocked. thumbs up.

can you believe this picture was taken at 9:51pm?
THEY HAVE SUNSETS NEAR 10PM!!!! man, when I was a kid, my curfew was when the sun went down…. shit if i lived in Seattle, I woulda been running a muck in the town!

after that, I just chilled back with my boys, then we met up again at this spot called Wasabi, but I felt like the night was dead and we shouldn’t force it…. I threw in the towel for everyone and headed back to the telly….

told you! can’t shake the needle!

next morning, walked around downtown and it was like 75 degrees out which is like super hot for Seattle…. I hit up my favorite high end mens store, “Marios” which has all the dope shit from Fred Perry to Lanvin and did some shopping…. then me and my boys headed over to the Pike and got some lunch.

we hit up this spot called Pink Door which had bomb ass food and reminded me of certain cafe’s in LA or really San Francisco (seattle has some pretty good food)

then we walked around and did some tourist type shit…. and they showed me the first starbucks ever. the OG logo and all that…. I never knew that this was the location of the very first starbucks…

after that, we shook and headed over to southcenter mall….
I found some ill skinny chinos at the pac sun there. my boy Rex found some ill kicks that I can’t talk about lol…. but I ran into a few fans there which was cool and some of the employees of some stores were like “you’re a lot more humble than I thought you’d be” cmon man, I’m just a regular ole dude with a good hustle and a popular blog. ain’t shit different about me or I mean extra special 😉

then, got to the airport and got on my favorite airline again….

first class tho of course 🙂

watching contraband, eating vegetarian lasagna and sippin a ginger ale. fux with me please…. then got on some wifi action and didn’t even nap like I usually have to…

some kid sent me a super throwback pic of when I was heavy in the sneaker game at one of my shoe releases at UNDEFEATED back in 2003!

damn so random because I heard that my boy Methamphibian is doing a collab with the hundreds soon. that’s awesome.

p.s. BIG SHOUT OUT TO MY FUCKING PARTNERS AND BOYS FOR LIFE: MY BROTHER REX! MY LIL HOMEY JAKE AND BRIAN for always holding me down in seattle. much love bros. real shit. keep it positive and we’ll get to those 9 figures sooner than you know it!

back to my weekend. sorry for the late blog, it really is tough to blog these days because you know I do it in a diary type way, not just posting tumblr type pics with 1 caption. not my M.O.

peace y’all. enjoy life

You should of stayed at the Four Seasons in downtown. It’s on another level compared to the hotels you listed.

Big Homie, glad to see shit is going good, congrats on the baby and all the positive you got going for you, after the last year you had you need and earned it. Now onto real business MIAMI HEAT WORLD CHAMPS BABY. Coming from someone who was born and raised in South Florida and all the hate you talked over the last two years this one feels good, guess the Laker reign is over…
